- First time launch and Implementation of GCM
on national level?
This project is developed to support countries
who haven`t made any steps in GCM
implementation. This project will help you to
transfer basic TM processes in your country from
old GCM to new one or to implement new GCM from
the very beginning.
- How to facilitate implementation of GCM on
LC level?This project is developed for
countries, who already took some steps in
implementation of new GCM. This project will
help you as MC VP TM to facilitate
implementation of GCM in TM processes on local
level.
- How to implement GCM in other
functional areas (Com, ER, X)?This project is
developed to support countries, that are using
new GCM for most of TM processes on local and
national levels. This project will help your
country to implement GCM in such areas as Com,
ER, X, which will help you to communicate
benefits of AIESEC experience to your
stakeholders: potential supporters and enablers,
potential members and exchange participants.

MENA Xchange Competition – Winners Announcement

MENA exchange competition was run between
December 1, 2010 and March 11, 2011.
All LCs and expansions of MENA GN participated in
the competition, in total 30 entities.
The winners are (drum rolls):
- Overall Exchange Champion
(includes: Best LC in Incoming Exchange, Best LC
in Outgoing Exchange and the Best LC Overall) –
LC American University of Cairo, Egypt (LC AUC).

Development Seminar with 220 young people present
and 1000 joined online, and 18 partners and speakers
supporting. MC and LC members still receive calls
from students and companies willing to get involved
with AIESEC.

To AIESEC in Bahrain for signing the partnership
with Tamkeen (www.tamkeen.bh) for 320000 Euros to
bring the opportunity to 45 young Bahrainis to go
abroad and develop their employability skills

To AIESEC in the UAE for organising "You Lead"
Forum, with the purpose to empower Emirati youth
with the confidence to make well-informed life
choices and develop their career goals. The
uniqueness of this forum, apart from the agenda, was
the fact that AIESEC in the UAE was given the free
space for two days and raised partnership with
Microsoft and eFinancial Careers that will support
sustainability of the entity.
