Hi everyone,

as Nitin mentions, Friday 24th will be kept for social activities, where elects have the chance to get to know each other, currents get a chance to catch up with each other before the end of the term, and everyone gets a chance to meet the new MC and say goodbye to the old one. The social activities start at 14:00 and will continue into the evening. It thereby also allows for delegates who have exams that day to come later.

The actual Relay agenda will start on Saturday morning at 10:00 am, and all delegates are expected to be there by then. The conference is scheduled to end at approx. at 18:00 on Sunday 26th.

Please make sure when forwarding this information that delegates take the mentioned times into consideration when stating their arrival day at the conference.
