Today’s global entrepreneurs face the daunting tasks of not only acquiring resources to maintain products and services, but also locating internationally educated, culturally experienced talent. Business leaders know that top human capital is the backbone of any globally competitive organization.
ECSA Global, in partnership with Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, utilizes all its resources to implement a quality work-study programme, designed for today’s leaders. We anchor the experience on two main cornerstones: “Leadership” and “Creativity.” These two capacity-building skills are required competencies for young professionals navigating competitive markets and ever-changing international businesses.
We believe that leadership effectiveness can be dramatically enhanced when human capital is encouraged to use imagination when responding to today’s volatile and ever-changing economic climate. ECSA Global shares the competencies of leadership and creativity with the AIESEC. On that basis, we would like to share with you an overview of our upcoming Business in China Summer Programme at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in Shanghai, China, 2013.Our career-oriented programme includes:
· Eight weeks in the fast growing financial centre of the world –Shanghai (June 29 – August 23, 2013)
· Six-week full time internship experience

Our previous programme’s success is one of our most remarkable assets. Previous programme graduates came from dozens of different nationalities and backgrounds; studied at an internationally recognized university and worked at a dynamic business in one of the world’s newest global cities. Through all of these experiences, our participants developed strong intercultural interconnectedness and awareness the global threats and opportunities.
