Applications Open for Organizing Committee of HR Summit

[AIESEC BITS GOA]

HR Summit is an event for the HR and business fraternity which sees CEOs, senior HR leaders and policy makers come together and share thoughts on HR challenges 

being faced in today's economy and the challenges for the future.

The summit is a full day event including 3-4 sessions of panel discussions and company presentations (on the theme decided by us) punctuated by 

networking lunch/tea.

The keynote speaker will be one of our local board of advisers. The panelists will include HR personnel ranging from assistant HR Manager to

Director-HR to CEOs. 

Thus, there are currently two tasks:

1.  Deciding on the theme for the summit.

2.  Registering corporates for the summit, out of which we will invite speakers and presentations.

This letter is regarding expressing my intent for the post of TL of ogx(publicity) for AIESEC, Goa. I believe I have the necessary skill set and experience for the post. I have been involved and headed quite a few publicity, marketing and sponsorship verticals during school and throughout college. Leadership and thinking on my feet are two of my greatest assets along with public speaking and convincing people about an idea (helped a lot in the sponsorship work that I have done up till now). That, and doing the work assigned, and then some. I like to take initiative where nobody wants to step up.

In short, what I am saying is that if I become the TL of OGX(publicity), you wont get a chance to regret that decision!
