Dear all,

Here are some opportunities in AIESEC Legon, Ghana.

Please make sure that your EP is really willing to go to work in Ghana for a long term period before they apply for it.

I think you understand that some country is not that attractive to EP, and usually there will be many EP rejecting the offer right after being interviewed or selected, even reject when TN manager asking for AN before interview, and give them random reasons like: 'because of some family issue' or 'my parents don't allow me to go'.

This kind of behavior already causes some bad branding of us, since many of the EP do so, and TN manager or VPICX thinks Chinese EP are wasting their efforts and ruining the relationship between the TN company and the local AIESEC entity.

So, for TN opportunities in these kind of country (ex: in Africa, or some places 'sounds dangerous or un-developed', please make sure your EP is really willing to go to that country, instead of just randomly spamming TN manager's email inbox!
