Job/Task Description 1 Directly work with customers to deepen and secure new business relationships through the analysis of needs and provision of products and services. Creatively tailor products to meet individual customer needs.
Job/Task Description 2 Conduct customer meetings that have defined call objectives, desired outcomes and a well-constructed plan. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all actual and attempted customer interactions.
Job/Task Description 3 Work with RM on the needs of Chinese customers. Carry out joint visits with RM to deepen existing relationship with Chinese clients through clear and concise interpretation of business discussions.
Job/Task Description 4 Provide feedback to senior management, marketing and product management on customer’s needs and the efficiency of marketing strategies and tactics.
Job/Task Description 5 Responsible for delivering service to Chinese or Mandarin speaking customers that matches the Bank’s brand promise of being ‘The Right Partner’.
Job/Task Description 6 Analyse and review quality of potential and existing business to ensure maximum profitability. One may be requested to co-ordinate country or regional initiatives within a SME team.
