Role of the Intern:

• Timely processing of all payables related transactions, maintaining effective controls over payment processes and procedures related to specified work area.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and related accounting routines within prescribed timeframes.
• Prepare payment routines and action these within approved procedures to ensure controls are maintained and suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
• Liaise with internal and external “client” base to resolve queries as necessary.

Requirements:

• 1 Year duration of internship
• Starting As soon As possible
• 6 Months Experience at least in Finance/Accounting
• Excellent German
