[APC] Reminder- Iuran keanggotaan- January 11

Dear APC-ers,

Berikut terlampir rekap anggota & iuran APC sampai dengan 25 Jan 11 (Read Only)

Mohon agar bro & sis memperhatikan kewajiban masing-masing setiap bulannya.

Bila ada ketidakcocokan dengan data yang ada dapat menghubungi saya di Lt. 7 menara matahari atau e-mail budhi...@AIA.com

 

Bila ada anggota yang dari awal dan yang sampai sekarang belum melunasi kewajibannya mohon agar segera melunasi dengan datang langsung ke saya di Menara Matahari Lt. 7 atau transfer ke Rekening CIMB Niaga a/n Budhi Mulyo A/C 238-01-00536-18-7 dengan menyertakan bukti transfer dan keterangan untuk pembayaran periode kapan saja.

 

Sanksi dan ketentuan tentang keterlambatan pembayaran iuran bagi seluruh anggota termasuk pengurus adalah:

Untuk para anggota yang tidak dapat memenuhi kewajibannya tersebut selama 3 bulan berturut-turut, maka dengan berat hati kami terpaksa menonaktifkan status keanggotaan yang bersangkutan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Apabila dalam waktu 6 bulan berturut-turut atau lebih anggota belum menunaikan kewajibannya dengan menyesal kami akan mencabut hak sebagai anggota terdaftar APC secara permanent.

 

Mohon agar ini menjadi perhatian kita bersama.
