1. Job designation: - Trainee/Associate
Role: - Accountant
Job Description for Accountants:
- Reconciliation of statement
- NAV calculation
- Trade processing.
- Handling Accounts for Foreign Clients.
- Reconciliation of cash as well as stock between custody & Accounting records of the clients.
- Resolve the cash & stock exceptions.
- Reconciliation of accounting records.
- Reconciling accounts for various management companies in UK.
- Reconciliation client portfolio accounts.
- Handling of cash, stock, income and foreign exchange transactions and its variances.
- Reconciliation of custodian & bank statement.
- Position & Cash Reconciliation.
- Mortgage backed Securities Reconciliation.
- Reconciliation between custody Books and accounting books.
- Reconciliation of Sinking Fund & Inflation Bonds.
- Reconciliation of transfer agents & collateral backups received from client.
- Preparation of Reconciliation Statement of US Mutual Funds in Ms-
Excel.
- Calculating Market Value of Investment of each fund and Appreciation and depreciation thereto.
- Reconciling IM's records with the Banks records (shares, prices, market value etc.)
- Audit the fund's beginning and ending balances.(Finalizing the monthly NAV)
- Reconciliation of Cash, Assets, Accruals on a daily, Monthly and Preliminary Basis between Major MNC custodians banks and Investment Managers.
- Reconciliation of Accounts as per SLA (Service Level Agreement).
2. Job designation: - Trainee/Associate
Role: - Dealing in Capital markets
Job Description for capital markets and mutual funds:
- Reconcile the Capital Market Account Cash book
- Placing orders on Clients behalf in leading stock exchanges.
- Reconcile all types of trade's like Market Trade and Corporate action on Bank side and also responsible of settlement of trade's as per Contractual or Actual settlement agreements.
- Reconciliation includes research and investigations into FX Deals, Incomes, & Derivatives etc.
- Processing of Corporate Actions on accounting side of Mutual Funds & Pension Funds.
- Settlement of securities and cash on accounting side of Mutual Funds & Pension Funds.
- Re-accrual of Fixed Income Securities like Bonds, Treasury Bills & Mortgage back securities.

- AMFI / NCFM Certifications (preferred not necessary)

1st Round: - Free Speech Round (speak on any topic of your wish except finance related topics & topics that describe you or your family).
2nd Round: - Online Aptitude Test
3rd Round: - Written Communication Test
4th Round: - HR Round/Operations Round
