Dear Afreen,
As discussed, We are inviting applications from Graduate & Management institute students who are currently pursuing their graduation from Banking & Insurance or Specialising in Marketing/ Finance respectively for Summer Internship with our Organisation.
Process of Recruitment:
Students interested in enrolling for the internship will be required to complete an RS Summer Internship Program Application form.
The selection of the students would be done through a process of interview with the functional head. Selected students will be inducted as ‘Intern’ into the organization and will be placed with one of the functions based on their educational back ground & manpower requirement.
The length of this program will vary based on the assignment and the Company’s needs but will not exceed 8 weeks.
This internship would be on non stipendary basis.
Some of the project titles shortlisted for the purpose of Summer Internship are as under-
- Market Research on Health Insurance Awareness
- Study on factors contributing on the decision about selecting a Health Insurance Plan
- Research on Motor Insurance Penetration
- Market Research on the prospect of General Insurance Agency as a career option
- Market Research on consumer buying behaviors of Motor & Health Insurance policies
- Research on service level expectations with regards various retail GI policies
