Deg -SALES MANAGER (AGENCY CHANNEL)
Leadership Position - Sales Manager (Team Handling)
Location: All over Mumbai & Thane
Salary: 2 lac pa to 4 lac pa
JOB PROFILE:-
Identify, interview and select new Agent and Advisors from natural market and by networking.
Undertake joint field work with agents and demonstrate successful sales skills.
Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for Agent and Advisors.
Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for Agent and Advisors.
Ensure retention of Agent and Advisors by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
Provide feedback to trainers on group and individual development of agents.
Attainment of individual sales targets.
Execute plans for growth of the agency
Its a Trusted Opening with Rs 1.80Lac fixed salary to Rs 4 lacs + Incentives overall it is a man management position to be based on the standard of the company.
