JD for Relationship Officer:

v  Driving business through defined channels of acquisition [Retail, Corporate, Venue-sales]

v  Ensuring all performance standards are met viz. business targets, controls and compliance

v  Engaging with premium customers to build relationships, and delivering a positive customer experience while acquiring new customers

v  Expansion of internal and external relationships, and drive sales results

v  Demonstrating the highest levels of controls and compliance adherence in the sales process and in personal conduct

Qualifications:

-          MBA (Any Specialization)

-          Age 22-28 years

-          Fresher welcome

-     In case of experience (Supporting employment docs required – Appointment letter, salary slips, Relieving letter, Experience certificate).

Compensation:

-          Fixed Salary range 16K - 21K

-          Travel Reimbursement of 5500 INR PM

-          Mobile Reimbursement of 1000 INR PM

-          Incentives range 110000 - 330000 INR PA

-          Total CTC range 3.4 to 4 lacs
