AIAA and Fall Festival Info--Fri., Nov. 7

You may or may not know that the ASE Fall Festival is coming up on Friday, Nov.
7. In case you have never been before, it's a fun little way for our department
to get together, eat, listen to some music, have a raffle, and participate in
activities put on by various student organizations.
AIAA will be hosting a booth, as we always do, and have an activity available,
as well.
However, we and the department need volunteers to help make the Fall Festival a
success. If you would like to volunteer, then here is a list of available
shifts:
1) Set up (3:00 - 3:45)
2) Clean up (6:45 - 7:30)
3) Registration Table (4:45 - 5:30)
Also, Kendra Harris, the festival's event coordinator, is offering Free T-shirts
to a limited number of volunteers. Therefore, if you would like to be a
volunteer, please send the following information to
kmste...@mail.utexas.edu:
1) Your Name
2) Your E-mail
3) Your shift
4) Preferred T-shirt size
Even if you're totally not interested in volunteering, but still want to attend
the Fall Festival and enjoy the food and such, then you need to register so
there's enough food to go around:
