AIAA Laser Tag Info--Last Message I promise ;)

To all those attending Laser Tag tomorrow:

Here are the nitty gritty details, just to give you a heads up of
what to expect for tomorrow:

**ARRIVE AT 2:30 PM


- 2:40pm: Go to counter to pick your code names and check-in for the
1st game.



- 2:55pm: 5 minutes before the game is to start, players go into the
briefing room. In the briefing room they will be given instructions on
how to play, the best way to score and safety rules. After the brief,
the players will head into the vesting room to get suited up and, from
there, into the largest laser tag arena in Texas!



- 3:20pm: the 1st game will finish and your players will get their
computer-generated scorecards with their personal score, team score,
player rankings, and statistics. Generally, this instigates at least
10 minutes of game-rehashing.



- 3:35pm: the players will head into the Briefing Room for the next
game.



- 4:00pm: the 2nd game ends and event will be over!





That pretty much covers it.

Quick reminder: Wear comfortable clothing! :D
