As discussed yesterday at the July COTE meeting, we are searching for
a local visionary to help us evolve WMIG for next year. This person
should hold a strong leadership role and be a champion for sustainable
design. Exact position is not as important--we welcome architects,
engineers, developers, consultants, etc. Having the support of a
medium-large firm would be preferable, but not absolutely required.

Here is our starter list ... please add names and offer your votes as
replies to this post:

Lucia Athens, CollinsWoerman (probably too busy)
Amanda Sturgeon, P+W (too busy)
Margaret Montgomery, NBBJ
Tony Gale, Starbucks
Jason Twill, Vulcan
Albert Bicol, Cobalt (probably too far away)
Barbara Swift
Jones & Jones landscape architect (??)
Rob Pena
Joel Loveland (may be stretched with AIA+2030)
Peter Alspach, ARUP
Paul Ansiew (sp?), ARUP
Tom Marseille, Stantec
Allan Montpellier, Flack & Kurtz
Lisa Rosenow, Putnam Price

Quick update ... Margaret Montgomery accepted our invitation to join
as co-chair for WMIG 2010.
