Thanks so much for taking on the task of Graphic Designer for LBX 2024 - Announcement Graphics!

 

The basic prompt:

Create an event announcement graphic for LBX 2024! Please communicate with the point person and Comm for event details for the graphic.

• Slide 1: Cover page with splash art
• Slide 2-3: Community Meetup Info
• Slide 4-5: Scavenger Hunt Info
• Slide 6: Booth (tentative)

Great job on your first pass! Per the last email I sent, we'd like to use this email chain and the LBX24 Announcement file to house both the Call for LBX Artists and LBX2024 Announcement. Yay less to keep track of!

Hi Kelly,

Happy Wednesday! Hope you're having a great week. Comments from Review 2 are in the Canva and you're free to start addressing them.

Couple things:

• We're currently holding on further notes on the graphic (normal July Review 1 due on Sunday, July 14th at 11:59pm PT) until we get more info and assets from Comms. As soon as I get that information, I will let you know.
• Comms has confirmed that the deadline for LBX artists is August 4th, 2024.
• They are still trying to figure out if we'll have a 2nd meet-up over the weekend OR at an AIA booth. We will do a slide on one or the other, but comms still needs time to sort this out.

I wanted to check in and see if you had the bandwidth to work on another graphic for Lightbox 2024. We are planning a post-LBX Asian Artists Highlight for Instagram. The graphics you have done so far look fantastic and we would love for you to work on this as well. This project can be started a bit later on, so there is no immediate rush.

Just a quick update- unfortunately we won't be moving forward with the Call for LBX Exhibitors 2024 post. Your designs are so wonderful, we will definitely be keeping it on the back burner for any potential projects in the future! Thank you for your hard work and understanding on this.

• Review 1 - September 15th at 11:59pm PT
• Review 2 - September 22th at 11:59pm PT
• Approvals (if needed) - September 29th at 11:59pm PT

My goal is to get all LBX projects approved and ready to go by the end of September. Please let me know if you have any questions or need any assistance, and I will try and reply as soon as I can.
