Hi Lexie,I hope November has been treating you well!I wanted to reach out and let you know that we have some rough graphics for the 2024 Holiday Card based off of last year's copy. When you get a chance, we'd love for you to take a look and share a rough draft of your ideas for the post. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!Let me know what you think!Cheers,
Hi Gaby! Thank you so much for sending this over. Following the same plan as last year sounds great! To update the copy, @rubytam28 on @Sophie's team has been compiling a similar impact report and we should 100% copy and paste what she has. Ruby has made a lot of great headway that I saw today on her Canva. I'll defer to Ruby for the link / any details!Great to hear from you and thanks again!Lexie Chu (she/her)

Much appreciated Ruby! Thank you. I'm also waiting on some learning data/achievement reports from Pine for the story group. Did you receive anything from Saira for Writer Group stats or Glory/Maggie for PAWS stats? I'd love to include those as well. For Prod pro wise — we can include the numbers of mentors vs mentees we had and how well it all worked. We also got featured in ToonBoom for a more in depth BTS which we can mention too: https://www.asiansinanimation.org/little-persimmon-be-hong-short-film.html We're expected to do a public release next year, TBD.That's all I can think of for now but if there's anything else I'll loop back. Hi Lexie,
I messaged Saira for the Writing Group Stats, and she just got back to me! I haven't received anything from Glory or Maggie, but I'll reach out to them for PAWS stats.
Yes, I'll definitely include and highlight the numbers of mentors and mentees and the feature in ToonBoom!

Hi Ruby! A few quick adds! —1) @Saira Did you include that Janice got an Emmy nomination // is she ok with us sharing that info?2) We had another volunteer break in a few days ago — so our count is now at 25!3) TOTALLY forgot about the Academy talk. They sent us the pictures. I'll put it through the comms pipeline next year but we can add a few of these now:Here’s the link to photos from last Friday:
Photo credit for these should read: ©Academy Museum Foundation, Photo by: Owen Kolasinski
If these don't make it into the creative post that goes out, we can still include them in the impact report and in their own posts. Sorry for the last minute adds everyone! Thank you so much!Lexie Chu (she/her)

Yes, I'll definitely include and highlight the numbers of mentors and mentees and the feature in ToonBoom!
