I hope November has been treating you well!
I wanted to reach out and let you know that we have some rough graphics for the 2024 Holiday Card based off of last year's copy. When you get a chance, we'd love for you to take a look and share a rough draft of your ideas for the post. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Gaby! Thank you so much for sending this over. Following the same plan as last year sounds great! To update the copy, @rubytam28 on @Sophie's team has been compiling a similar impact report and we should 100% copy and paste what she has. Ruby has made a lot of great headway that I saw today on her Canva. I'll defer to Ruby for the link / any details!

I went through the impact report and wanted to double-check what key info we should highlight. Since the holiday card will be a more condensed version, could you point out what information from the impact report we should include?
The graphics will be made to spec, so I want to make sure we're covering everything important. If you could provide a summarized version of what you have, that would be super helpful!

Thanks Ruby! For Slide 2, I think we had more than 118 volunteers this year. That might be the current number but I feel like Ops would have the exact answer for who came through our doors this year. And I believe we're at least 5250+ members but that's something for membership as well.

Much appreciated Ruby! Thank you. I'm also waiting on some learning data/achievement reports from Pine for the story group. Did you receive anything from Saira for Writer Group stats or Glory/Maggie for PAWS stats? I'd love to include those as well.
For Prod pro wise — we can include the numbers of mentors vs mentees we had and how well it all worked. We also got featured in ToonBoom for a more in depth BTS which we can mention too: https://www.asiansinanimation.org/little-persimmon-be-hong-short-film.html We're expected to do a public release next year, TBD.

2) We had another volunteer break in a few days ago — so our count is now at 25!
