We're still trying to lock down the schedule. Our posting date may move back a week.

This is last minute, but would it be possible to use the assets you've already created to make a banner image for the TicketLeap registration page? The sizing should be 1280x720.

Thanks so much for the banner! It looks great.

Another last minute request if you are able, I updated the Canva Open Registration Art with the schedule. Because it's smaller than the initial concept, the formatting is not working well anymore. Would anyone on your team be able to edit it so we can post tomorrow? It would take me a long time to figure out how to work canva.

Would your team also be able to update the individual events or is that on us or comms?

My apologies, I’m currently on holiday so I’m not able to see messages right away due to connectivity issues!

I’ve let Kelly know of the adjustments needed. I’m waiting to hear if she would be able to work on this. If not, it might have to get passed on to someone else. We’ll do our best to get this out to you as soon as possible!

We posted the open registration already, we just need to post the individual speaker posts now. That should start on Monday 12/2 and be completed by Friday 12/6. I had the events assistant Lucy do an edit with the speakers, however, if you could have someone on your team go over it and adjust formatting, that would be great!

Would you be able to create Career Summit thumbnails for the AIA Youtube channel for all the events (excluding Career Summit Kickoff and Closeout, PAWS, and Portfolio Reviews)?
