So admin is actually not doing reviews this week, but I've gone ahead and left some notes for you in Canva to address before the true Review 1 (deadline is this upcoming Sunday 9/15 @ 11:59 PM PT).

No worries if you can't get all the notes addressed by Sunday since this review is coming in late. You're already off to a fantastic start with the graphics on this post! Overall, the color palette is great, and you've put together some very promising slides. There are just a few problems with readability and keeping all the slides consistently visually appealing.

It would be great to have this in today if possible!

For future reference, we have due dates every second or third Sunday of each month where we can expect creatives to submit any new progress. This is also in the AIA Creative Team Calendar or also shown in Creative Team meeting at the beginning of the month.

No worries for this time, but wanted to let you know for any future projects!

Hey guys!

Sorry for the confusion! I totally did not mention the next deadline in last Wednesday's email, and this is technically Christina's 3rd Review this month since I accidentally set the first deadline a week too early. Completely understandable mistake since the usual rhythm is 2 reviews per month + approvals.

Christina, if you're unable to get those changes in by today, no worries! You can submit it tomorrow morning, or if you need more time, our approval submission deadline is 9/29. Your next rework should have the post nearly (if not completely) done, so it could qualify for that round.

Let me know what works for you. Apologies again for the confusion!

I think this is the fastest turnaround I've seen on an interview feature, so give yourself an extra pat on the back for this one!   As mentioned in the meeting earlier today, the graphics have been approved by the leads! Hey Christina!

More updates from Nick Sung! He had some "unsolicited design suggestions" that he is totally cool with us not following, but I think it's great feedback we can implement! Overall he notes:

• Designer did a great job (yay Christina!!)
  
• Too much content per slide— everything is squeezed so small it's hard to read and see
  
• Could cut materials to help distribute text and images
• Change headshot (he'll email us updated ones)

He also added some more edits to the Google Doc. Since we're stepping back into the weeds with this one, I'll help look through the doc and help cut down on things in Canva. The main change I want to make is cutting the credits page to create extra space, similar to the CADA Interviews or Asian Female Rep Post.

Could you reconfigure the title page to include content in the credits? I think a more inconspicuous layout for the credit names (interviewers, production, design) similar to the Asian Female Rep Post would be ideal. I'll attempt to move some things around in the slides to make it a little more digestible. If you could have that done by Wednesday (10/9) by EOD, that'd be great!

Nick recently updated the headshot he’d like to use - I just pasted the pictures on the Canva. 

I also agree with Rebe about the Credits page and dividing the SketchCrawl slide into two slides. Let’s try to stick with the pictures from the folder. I’ll try to help out in keeping an extra eye on Nick’s edits on the Written Outline.
