I'm reaching out to you to ask if you would be interested in working on our Save the Date Graphic for the Career Summit 2025! You know we love all the work you've done for Asians in Aniamtion and we would be ecstatic to have you work on this project.

This is an urgent project to be launched ASAP for posting on October 15th- I understand that you will be on OOO for most of October, so let me know if you have the bandwidth for this before your vacation.

Here is the Career Summit 2023 Announcement for your reference. We don't have any information yet, so we are only looking to create the Save the Date Announcement post for now and other Career Summit related projects to be launched after the Creative Team meeting.

We can have a similar style to last year, but feel free to experiment with the backgrounds. The review deadlines will be pretty tight for this one:

• Review #1 will be on Sunday, 9/29
•  Review #2 will be on Sunday, 10/6

Please let me know if you have any questions! My apologies as well for the late night launch, just want to get this one out ASAP!

Thank you, Kelly! The graphic elements look great, although I think there might have been a bit of miscommunication.

The Save the Date for this round is supposed to be more of an announcement in a title/cover slide format since we don't have any information on the schedule just yet. It would be similar to the Immersive Lab announcement, minus the background art.

My apologies for not communicating it clearly enough. Would it be possible for you to make a quick edit following this format?

However, I would probably only be able to get them thru 1 deadline this upcoming Sunday on October 6 since I will be going on OOO from October 9 - 20th. Awesome! I think that should be fine, we already have solid background graphics, so all we need to work on is layout. The due date for the Open Registration will be on 10/26 with the posting date on 11/4. Should we need another graphic designer, we can take over!

I will go ahead and launch the projects but let's use this email thread to keep up to date with all the projects. For now, our next review check-in will be on Sunday, 10/6 at 11:59 PM PT.

Here are the updates I made to our Career Summit post! I tried finishing up the schedule/sign up slides I made from the last round, and I also started creating some new samples for the Individual Workshop pages.

The updates look great, and the samples for the Individual Workshops are much appreciated!

We'll review everything and you can hear back from us with notes by Wednesday. The current due date for these projects are for Saturday, 10/26, so the team can take over in the meantime in case anything needs to be addressed right away.

I'm looping in the new Comms/Marketing team as well, since they'll be shadowing our process as we transition.
