AGM 2012 Dates and meeting next week - need board's comments

 I suggest we postpone AGM to 4/21 or so to give ourselves adequate time for preparation. Please let me know your thoughts.
 
Also, we need to meet next week prior to AGM. Please let me know your preference Saturday or Sunday!

Let's meet next saturday. But I will suggest that we should finalized the AGM date (April 21) time?venue? before the meeting so that we can send an email to the community. Let's have board's vote for timing: 2-4pm or 3-5Pm or what ever time is best for you.

I will check with the Verona school on Monday for June 3rd and then whatever options are there, let's have board's vote on that and book it as soon as possible. During the meeting we can have the final planning for AGM as well as some planning start for the Mother' s day.

Hello all,

I did look for other options on last Saturday, keeping in mind if BW is not going to be available on April 21. Due to Sunday, I didn't get the reply yesterday, but I am hoping for the positive reply today. I know Vijay has already taken off for Saturdays, April 14 and 21 to attend the AGM. (Vijay I will try my best so that you don't have to adjust your schedule again and again). But in case we don't get any other venue today, then we will go for Sunday at BW.  I would prefer to inform the community as early as possible. I will let you guys know soon.

For AGM Venue - Fitchburg Libray  (Meeting room B) and projector has been booked for April 21, Saturday from 12:30pm to 5:30pm (library close at 6:00pm on Saturday).  They wanted us to add all the timing for set up and take down. We can serve the snack there. Looking at the responses from the board members who replied, I think 2-4pm will be fine, then we will have time for snack and put up the things back (chairs etc) Rest we can discuss in the upcoming meeting.
