regarding AIA issues

Hello Milind ji,

 we received your mail last time but there is no indication what board is doing and what is going on in AIA . with Respect i would say We should have menditory meeting with all board members for future I don't have to say but every body is asking about there money which we received for membership. other then that all board members are not responding any bodies mail in this time we should handle the situation and should decide what needs to do. other thing every body have items which is beloning to AIA and last time I and Amit was the incharg of things So i was thinking to rent a place to keep all stuff togather in one place so every body is in safe hand Sunday i was in AHA temple so i talk to Rathnam ji who is president of AHA. foe space thet have full unit where we can keep thing and have our own lock and rent is $50 per month i think its good idea to keep thing one place and help community.

perma ji pl. reply soon so i can check the list of material and handed over to you or AIA president. if no one take the responsibilties.

I agree we should have a mandatory meeting with the elected board members for this year. Given the situation, I believe it is only fair to request such a meeting. 

I am available anytime after 6:00 pm during the week and anytime on Sunday.
