Hello all,

The Journal of Open Humanities Data (JOHD) invites submissions for a special collection “Amplifying GLAM Collections: Scalable and Inclusive Data Practices.” The Call for Papers and further details about the collection are available here. Contributions from cultural heritage practitioners such as librarians, archivists, curators, and data stewards as well as researchers, scholars, and practitioners collaborating with them are especially encouraged. Contributions can take the shape of short data papers (1000 words) or full research papers (3000-5000 words) that focus on data derived from cultural heritage collections with potential reuse value for other cultural heritage organizations or researchers.

Abstract submission: August 1, 2024

Paper submission: November 4, 2024

All best,

Thea
