Dear AI4LAM Community,

We would like to inform all interested participants that the deadline for paper submission has been extended.

Due to numerous inquiries and the Easter holidays, we have decided to provide additional time for submissions to ensure that all applicants have a fair opportunity to complete and submit their work.

The new submission deadline is 16 April 2026.

For details on submission types, refer to the submission instructions and upload your proposal via the submission portal.

We appreciate your interest in the conference and look forward to receiving your contributions.

Also, the AI4LAM is announcing the inaugural Innovation Awards!

As part of AI4LAM FF2026, we are delighted to launch the AI4LAM Innovation Awards for AI in Cultural Heritage. Awards will be presented to the best FF2026 conference submissions.

These awards celebrate inspiring, practical, and forward-thinking uses of artificial intelligence across the Libraries, Archives, and Museums (LAM) community. In line with the FF2026 conference call, we aim to highlight initiatives that not only advance technological innovation but also build trustworthy solutions aligned with the four conference themes: Implementation, Data, People, and Models & Infrastructure.

We especially welcome submissions that reflect the collaborative, open, and responsible values of the AI4LAM community.
