We’re excited to share some great news! Due to popular demand, and to give everyone a little extra time to prepare and submit your ideas, the deadline for the Research Software Asia Australia Conference 2025 (RSAA25) Call for Presentations has been extended to 22 June 2025. We warmly invite you to take advantage of this opportunity to contribute your insights and innovations in research software.

Theme: Connecting with Community

We welcome:

• Short lightning talks (5 min)

• Software demos and showcases (10 min)

• Presentations on tools, workflows, and community practices (15 min)

• Open proposals for alternative formats

RSAA25 is open to all career stages and domains, including science, humanities, infrastructure, and community-led work. Presenters do not need to identify as “RSEs” to participate, if your work involves research software, you’re welcome!
