auto call recorder

i want to create auto call recorder app . when any call come on  predefined cell no  . phone will automatic connected call after  predefined time  give 1  predefined msg to caller when caller press " * " or " # ".

oft ere pressing he can speech his msg . that msg  record on sd card save as mp3 or any format . oftere that predefined  time that recorded msg file save on predefined google drive  account .

pl guide me !!!!!

You can not send audio clips over the phone because of the way the phones are hardwired. Answering the call should be possible using the call component, but I don't know if you can record audio from a call.
