Just starting a new thread on Robotics.
I'm also interested by the topic. However, I think it's important to
focus on simple hardware to get started if we want everyone to work on
the the same version of the code. That's why I suggested Mindstorms
since they're pretty standard in Universities, not too expensive and
already include sensors, a large code base and simple ways to
communicate with PC's.
