Hi.

I would just wonder to ask about the range in between the player's
parameter are moving. How can I know if a player is good or not and
compare to who?

Thanks.

Gabe.

Hi Gabe,
thank you for your question.
Player attributes in the game use a scale from 1 to 100, but there is also a hidden parameter that determines the player’s potential and how strong they can become over time. You can usually notice this by observing how younger players improve during the seasons.
To understand if a player is good, you can:

compare him with players in the same position within your team

observe the attribute values across different teams to get a feeling of the internal scale

look at match ratings and performance over time

check the player’s market value
Also, leagues have different overall levels. For example, the English league is one of the strongest, so you will generally find better players there compared to other countries.
Another important aspect is special skills, which can give additional bonuses to players.
The best approach is to observe players over time: their average match ratings, their development (especially for young players), and their market value will help you understand their real quality.
We are also planning to make this system clearer in future versions.
Thanks again for your support.
