Due to several requests, the paper submission Deadline for ICVGIP 2025 is extended to July 30, 2025. The updated timeline is as follows

Important dates:

• Paper Submission - 30 July 2025
• Reviews Released to authors - 10 Sep 2025
• Rebuttal Due - 15 Sep 2025
• Decision Notification - 20 Sep 2025
• Camera-ready submission - 27 Sep 2025

Call of Tutorials
The call for tutorials is now available on the website and is open for submission. See details, here.

Conference Dates: 17-20 December, 2025
We are also pleased to inform you that the conference has been extended by one more day, and will now be held from 1December 17th to 20th, 2025.  This is to accommodate enough time for networking (which is the key component for any conference), and some additional sessions are being planned. 

(An additional benefit is more time for you to spend amidst the serene Himalayan surroundings)
