Heres a revert paybill request rejected for not uploading file and now i find my self unable to upload the file or put new request for the same paybill. How to get through this

Fine, Dr.Naveen, no problem,

One of my friend faced the same problem. Now you write requisition about the rejection of requisition for revertion of pay bill with all the details as in requisition letter like Drawing code & all to STATE NODAL OFFICER HRMS & fax that letter to him & also you can speak to him over phone. Definately he will revert your paybill, as some of them are covered under NPS, it will take one or two days for  the reversion.
