Increment Arrears Bill Generation

Sir, one of my friend want to generate increment arrears from 1998 till date. Can you please suggest the procedure to do this in HRMS? Since the concerned DDO isn't tech savvy and don't use email quite often, am asking this here. May be this conversation might help somebody else as well. Thanks in advance.

Arrears b4 HRMS implementation have to be drawn manually and THEN details entered in to HRMS

I don't think so, before HRMS details has to be entered and then generate arrears bill. U will get the arrears.

Try to effect  increment from from the date employee is eligible, if it works, increment arrears can be drawn in HRMS only.

May be it is like we need to enter the details in HISTORY menu? This is a new option seen in HRMS lately.. Anybody tries this HISTORY menu? Please suggest Sir..

Increment history is not linked to arrears generation sir, will not help in arrears generation.
