IMPORTANT: To upload an image under Family and Dependent Details, the record should not have been approved yet.

ALERT: First, save a copy of the scanned photograph in your Computer. Check that the size of the scanned image is not more than 50Kb (right click and view properties to check the size of the image).
  1. Go to Service Register => Family and Dependent Details module.
  2. Enter KGID No. and hit Get button.
  3. Fill all the necessary details in appropriate fields.
  4. To upload image. click on the Browse button below the image space, select the scanned file and hit Add button.
  5. On successful upload, we can see the image loaded in the empty space.
  6. Hit the Save button and finally Approve the record.
Please write back with further doubts if any.

Hello dr.Prashanth,
I think you do not sleep without thinking of all these things.

Anyway Dr.Prashanth, we have approved all our staff's nominee & family & dependent details..
One more thing, now they will return all our SR details what we have submitted to them, we only will have to do corrections if any.
I REALLY DO NOT KNOW WHERE WE ARE HEADED?..
Bye
Sateesh

Sir,

You told: One more thing, now they will return all our SR details what we have submitted to them, we only will have to do corrections if any.

I did not understand which SR details you were talking about and what corrections we should do and where?!

Please explain.

Dr.Prashath,
After we complete all the SR details, we have to take a print out of each employee SR DETAILS from MIS REPORT=>emloyee's SR details.
Then we have to do corrections if any which we cannot do it from our end.
 Eg: 1. CAST=>BC,SC,ST,OTHERS
2. Recruitment: ABSORPTION/KPSC/RECRUITMENT COMMITTEE/DEPARTMENTAL SELECTION
3. NOMINEE/ Family & dependent : if any wrong entries
4. Qualification
5. Blood gp/Height/identification mark (only now they have made a provision).
6.Designation

These changes (if any) we have made in employee's SR Details print outs, then signed by our DD sent to head office with certificate.
Actually corrections we can give by writting KGID NO of the employee then corrections to be made & which one to be corrected has to be specified.
Hence we thought taking print outs of each employee SR details & correcting them is easier & it is like we are having one hard copy also.
I think now it is clear, if not will write again in detail. (as i said earlier am poor presenter).
Bye Prashanth
Good Night
Sateesh

The option to update KGID Number seems to have been blocked for users.

Earlier, we were able to add temporary KGID Number while adding employee. But now, unless the KGID Number is added to the master by KGID, we are not allowed to add that employee. In view of this change, the update KGID Number is disabled (what I personally anticipate the case to be).

So, we may have to contact HOD regarding this.

If anyone has a solution, please do share.

You are right Prashanth. It has been disabled. They had given time to change kgid nos if we have used dummy nos.
