Invite Colleagues to AHVS, Karnataka - HRMS Users Community

Dear Friends,

Today, I received a mail from our colleague Dr. Sateesh Mannapur Sir asking how to invite regular HRMS users to this Online Community. So here is how to do it:

1. Login at http://groups.google.com using your Gmail Account details
2. Go to URL http://groups.google.com/group/ahvs-hrms/members_invite
3. In the Enter email addresses of people to invite box, type email ids of all colleagues you wish to invite separated by a comma (,)
4. Please add your custom welcome message in Write an invitation message box
5. Do not forget to mention your name in your welcome message
6. Click on Invite members button

An email will be sent from Google with your custom message to all the email ids listed along with instructions on how to join the Group as a new member.
