Not Able to generate/ download Salary Slip in HRMS

am not able to generate salary slip in HRMS, tried all Browsers too but in vain.

please guide.

Dr Prashanth , tried once again but still problem has been not solved, says same as could not Download in all Browsers.

Everyone says so but I am able to download from IE without any issues.

Not sure how we can further troubleshoot this issue. If you can share remote access to your computer or credentials, could try once.
