Generation of arrears bill reg

I've not been able to generate my pay (arrears) bill for Dec-2014.
I had reported at my present place on 23-12-2014 and have drawn the pay for the period 23-31/12/2014. Now that my waiting period has been regularised (1-10-2014 to 22-12-2014) ,  the bills for Oct and Nov-2014 have been generated but partial/split pay bill for the period 1-22/12-2013 is not being generated. Please help me in this regard.

Sir,

Hope you have added the corresponding entry from the Payroll =>
Attendance Register and Payroll => Split Salary screen for the period
1-22 Dec 2014. If so, what is that you see when generating the Arrears
bill? Are you able to see the entry for which you wanted to generate
Split Salary Arrears?

To recap, here is the procedure to generate split salary (from HRMS
User Manual):

In case joining time or waiting period salary for some fraction number
of days has to be generated then Split salary option could be used as
follows:
1. In attendance register make paid days as 0 and unpaid days as
number of days for which split salary has to be generated.
2. In Payroll Menu select Split Salary.
3. Type KGID no or search the Kgid no by entering first three
character of Employee name in Search Window. Click on Get button.
4. Date of Joining is displayed.
5. Select the Split Salary Type, Month, Year, From Date, End Date.
6. Enter the reason for generation of split salary.
7. Click on save button and Approve the Entered Records.
8. Go to Arrears and Generate Arrears of split salary by selecting
arrear type as “Split Salary”.
9. View the split salary before approval using Arrears report before
approval (other than DA) in the arrears menu.
10. If found correct approve the split arrears using Approve all
arrears bill in the arrears menu
11. The approved bill can be found in Arrears report after approval
(other than DA) in the arrears menu

Thank you very much Dr Prashant.

I've now generated the split salary for dec-14. I was trying to view it  under partial pay/split salary report and it was showing two separate bills i.e, 1-22 and 23-31 dec-14. but we nee to see the bill(before approval) under Arrears bill before approval-Arrears bill before approval-select month and year-select split salary and it shows up as split salary before approval.
