Should KFC 62 B be provided by Treasury on official stationery and signed by STO?? Here we are generating and copying 62B pdf to flash drives and taking print out. We asked STO to mail the 62 B to DDOs or give us a duly signed printout. He is not obliging. Is there any related instruction/ order that KFC 62 has to be provided by STO in official stationery ??

Not sure about the related instructions or orders Sir. But, in our Taluk, the present STO has given strict instructions that on 10th of every month all DDO 62B reports will be printed out using Treasury stationary and bundled for the concerned officers to pick up. No idea what is the reason some STOs don't do this or oblige to requests from DDOs.

Like to join in the discussion. In MANDYA Taluk also, as said by Dr Prashanth.
As of mailing 62B to DDOs, i had talked to the concerned official who
attends all the System operations, he said the computers used are all
very old. hence cannot mail.
