Treatment for herniated disc

My recent MRI showed L4-L5 herniated disc. I am considering AVS Kottakkal for treatment. Can someone help me understand what treatments they have for this issue? I have back pain and leg pain due to herniated disc.

Also, if I decide to get treatment onsite, how is the accommodation at the hospital? Any recommendations to stay in a hotel nearby or hospital accommodation is preferred?
