L5 S 1 DISC BULGE TREATMENT

Hi ,

While going through the internet I got hold of this group which is very inspiring.I too have been suffering from disc bulge and leg pain issue. I have a disc bulge at L 5 S1 which is causing a serious problem of mobility as I cannot stand or walk for more than 5 mins.I have opted for AVS  KOTTAKKAL for treatment which I will start next month. I am quite anxious about the treatment as I have never taken ayurvedic treatment before.I have tried allopathy ,homeo,physiotherapy ,acupuncture etc but in vain.This is my last resort and I do not want to go for surgery as I have a small daughter.I do have faith in ayurveda.Kindly guide me with your experiences.
