All,

i need your advice on the neck disc bulge,

Right now i am going thru lots of pain and sleep less nights for my neck pain,MRI reports says that i have small disc bulge on C3/C4,

Right now i am in New York,Went to Chiropractic,After few adjustments the pain increased,So i stopped it,

Wanted to get your advice on how to reduce the pain,

Oh!! I just saw this mail.

So you have a neck disc bulge. Mine was the L4/5 disc.

Don't buy Sahacharabaladi Thailam...it's for the lower back only, I guess.

I'm sure Karpuradhi Thailam and Valiya Narayana Thailam will be good for you.

Also, there's a Kottakkal PAIN BALM which is also very effective!
