Hey Revathi

Yes, the doctors recommend not missing out on a single dose of the meds- whether on or off the period.

That is correct. You cannot miss your medicines but they delay massages if one's periods begin.

Hope all doing well.
Would like to hear the progress from everybody.
I am completing my 2 months follow up medicine soon.
I do feel some difference in joint pain and stiffness I had. I have a little bit more confidence now, the progress is slow, but need patience and faith in Ayurveda.

Great to hear from you Prema. I have been thinking of everyone too. My case is little different. I am not feeling all that well. I was much active and had lots more stamina and lesser pain free days than now. I really dont know whats going wrong - But I have lottt of faith in Ayurveda I am very confident that it will not let me down.

I might be going for another time this year to kottakal or Kochi for follow up treatment.

btw I am taking low-fat yoghurt is that ok ? my doc asked to take buttermilk.

- best regards

Hi Revathi et al,

I think yoghurt is fine. Organic is better. I think avoiding processed foods is important and taking fresh fruits is great. Personally I have yoghurt everyday but try to wait for it to become normal room temperature. I also try to take meals at the same time everyday, walk a lot, enjoy life, wake up early and which really helps. I've also just started some basic pranayaam (Baba Ramdev - but a more gentle version).

I'll be back in Kochin in Dec or earlier.

Best of luck to you all,

Shivani
