symptoms increasing during reatment

Hi,

i am taking 21 days treatment in AVS, Kottakal for disc bulge. today is my 11th day and my pain is increasing but some days am OK. is this expected?

Hi!

I had experienced similar issues some days. I talked about it to my doctor and the head masseuse. They made me realise that it happened mostly on day when I didn't lie down and rest properly after the treatment.

Check if you're following the regime to a tee. If you take 21 days of treatment, it is optimal if you can follow the next 21 days of rest and healthy lifestyle.

Hi Sindhu,

Thanks a ton for replying.

Today is 45th day after my treatment at Kottakal, and I feel much better now. For some reason my muscles were stiff after treatment. I am going to physio therapy to reduce the spams. Physiotherapist also started with spinal traction, and I am feeling many times better than before. However, I am not completely OK yet.

Can I hope for more recovery in next few days? I am on Kottakal medication for 3 months.

Hi!

3 months is a good enough time for the medicines to show complete effect. Hope you follow the diet and recommended activity along with it during that duration.
