Good morning all,

After sending this email out, we received several updates regarding additional issues that have been occurring in our Rural Settlement this week.

There have been additional businesses and individuals that have notified us they had items stolen from their properties in the last week.  The ones we are aware of are on East Davenport Road/Sandhill Road/Avalon Road.

In addition, a white Ford F-150 truck has been spotted in our community recently and yesterday around 4:45 p.m. the driver became quite nervous when he was confronted by one of our property owners.  He said he was looking for “a pool guy”.

Please keep us informed if you have an incident and if something doesn’t look right, it probably isn’t.  We would appreciate if you would report anything unusual to the Orange County Sheriff’s office so they can track these incidents and increase their presence in our community, thanks!

Subject: Stolen property

Good morning all,

We wanted everyone to know of an incident that happened last night at one of our landscape companies on East Davenport Rd in our Rural Settlement.

Last night around 1 am, a white Ram 2500 truck with a 20’ equipment trailer & 4 commercial Toro mowers and other equipment on it was stolen.

The trucks lights were off and they drove right through the locked gate.

If you heard or saw anything around that time, or if you have a camera that might capture East Davenport Rd, please let us know, thanks!
