Dear all, We are very happy to announce the dates for the 2025 version of the WHO Advanced Health Financing for UHC course, focused on low and middle income countries.
This is the 11th iteration of this “global” version of the course, and the 5th to be held through our dedicated online learning platform, with virtual facilitation by WHO’s global health financing team.
As with previous courses, content will be organized around six core modules, each running over a one-week period. Dates for the course are as follows:
Pre-week: Monday 10 February 2025 (a welcome session and PAHO platform walkthrough)
Modules 1 – 6: Monday 17 February until Sunday 30 March 2025
One additional week is programmed for participants to finalize their individual assignment for submission by 6 April 2025
For the first time in a number of years, we are launching an open call for those interested and qualified, to obtain a place on the course. For further details and a link to the application form please click on the link below.
Due to expected high demand, please note that this opportunity will close on 1st November 2024. Please also note that this course is targeted at individuals who are experienced, and currently active, in health financing policy work; we aim to have a mix of regional, and stakeholder representation on the course, and hence cannot guarantee a place for applicants.
Many thanks and best wishes to all.
