Emergency Parachute System – Coaching/Repacking Event - Heathryburn School by Aberdeen, gym hall - 22/02/20

Folks, we’ve hired the Heathryburn School by Aberdeen, AB16 7RW, gym hall, on Saturday 22/02/20 09:30 –13:00 for a Reserve Parachute (EPS) coaching/repacking event.
We’re hoping that Al Bowman, who recently qualified as a BHPA EPS Repacker and Kev Will who recently attended a BHPA EPS course will be in attendance. There are no registered/licensed repackers in the club so it’d be a case of Al, Kev and the more experienced repackers assisting those with less experience. New pilots can learn a lot about reserve deployment/repacking by just going along to one of these events and watching and assisting.
Can you let me know if you plan to attend so that we have an idea of numbers?
The event will be subsidised by the SHPF but there may still be a small charge.

Folks, a reminder that the AHPC Reserve Repack is taking place tomorrow morning (09:30 – 13:00) at Heathryburn School, Aberdeen.
Please remember to take along the manuals for your reserve and harness and if you want to catch Al Bowman giving a quick talk on reserves and a demo repack please arrive early.
