First to Learn well html, javascript.

go through the www.w3schools.com.

Then to start the php.

You can learn quickly as given tutorial as on www.w3schools.com.

And u can also study in depth using the php manual or in the php
online help on the php.net site.

There has also an option to download the php manual.

Just Download PHP Manual and get start to learn PHP it is the best way to learn PHP, and also for execute php script download any of the package like WAMP, XAMPP, EASY PHP
all are these free ware packages.
