Regading Sample Draft Copy of Marketing Agreement

As I am open to work as an marketer on commission basis by promoting products of other companies right now, so I am looking for an Marketing Agreement Copy for the same which I need to get signed by the company whom I am going to promote. The Company is not offering any draft agreement copy from their part and asked us to get it prepared the same.
For the same, I have googled up but I searches is not getting me the right results.
Do any of you have working as marketer on commission basis or have worked in the past?
May I request to share a sample marketing agreement copy. You can send me the your signed agreement copy as well as a sample by masking with black color on any particular information which may be confidential.
Also, If you can light up on a particular clause/condition/terms or important information which is either very cruitial or must not be omitted to safe guard my interest as an marketer.
Just looking for your help in this regard.
