Apps to Manage Tasks on Android and Laptop in Sync

I am looking for a FREE or almost FREE app for managing my tasks on Android and Laptop:

Tasks
Subtasks
Task Dependencies
Create Tasks on Laptop (Web Based and Sync with Android Mobile)
Mark the Task as Complete, Not Required Now, Do It Later Not Now
Sharing Tasks of Specific Categories with My Colleage, Brother etc

Please suggest an App which sync on Android and Laptop.
