Hey Ahimsa House family, 

Just wanted to let everyone know that Sunshine will be filling in for me at tonight’s Breathe and Flow class, from 6-715pm.

Also a reminder that next Monday’s (4/1) Breathe and Flow class will be our monthly New Moon Yin Yoga + Reiki class. Hope to see everyone there.
