Sunday's class canceled

Hi all,

Hariprasad here. I am sorry to have to cancel the class on Sunday. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a sub for class.

I do have good news, though! I am one of the co-creators of Mustard Seed Film Festival (the first and only South Asian arts and culture festival in Philadelphia) - and this weekend is the festival! So, on Sunday morning, instead of class, you can attend our screening of the film Thimphu at Drexel's URBN Annex Screening Room. Or you can check out other screenings throughout the weekend - including our Opening Night tonight:

I recommend the Saturday afternoon film, La Bergère des Glaces at the URBN Annex on Saturday afternoon - it is a beautiful meditative film that takes place on the foothills of the Himalayas. It changed my mind about what stereotypes I have when I ask myself "who is Indian?"
