cl.oquence is now merged with the default branch

so you can play without without hg problems hopefully. Make sure you are on the default branch ('hg branch').

Try ahh/cl/test/simple_demo_cloquence.py to start with. Also, ahh/cl/ements/__init__.py has a higher order functions example at the bottom that should work.

Will now be working on spiking network code, fixing bugs and adding features to cl.oquence as necessary.
